UNC is well versed in immigration law. We are often instructed by both Nigerian and foreign clients to act as their immigration advisers. UNC also offers corporate immigration services including but not limited to obtaining regulatory approvals for the operation of foreign controlled business entities, obtaining approvals for the grant of expatriate quota positions and regularization of stay of expatriate personnel.
