The firm is actively involved in international commercial arbitration, in Nigeria, the United Kingdom and other countries. UNC has acted either as in-country counsel, participated as advocate or otherwise rendered legal advice in international commercial arbitrations under ad hoc and institutional rules such as the London Court of International Arbitration (LCIA) and the International Chamber of Commerce. The firm also regularly participates in domestic arbitration under the stipulations of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act of Nigeria. Our work in this area has been of an exemplary nature.
